She provides short-term therapy and coaching to individuals and couples who are ready to trade shame and distance for restoration and genuine connection. Her work is grounded in the neurobiology of resilience, relationships and healthy spirituality. Erin focuses on creating lasting change for the whole person and enjoys helping clients untangle the complexities of trauma, sexuality, relationships, and faith.
Outside of the office, she enjoys living a fun and grace-filled life with her husband and their two Newfypoo furbabies. Erin loves spending time with friends, hiking, traveling, cooking, and gardening.
