Meet Erin, Your Private Practice Coach

Hello! I’m Erin Pritchard. I’m an LPCC-S, EMDRIA Approved Consultant™, Certified EMDR Therapist, and Certified Fair Play Facilitator. I’m the owner of a private practice in Ohio (recently recognized as a Certified Women Owned Enterprise by the state). I ran a 6-figure, successful group practice for several years and before ultimately deciding solo practice was more of my jam.

I’ve helped dozens of clinicians across Ohio start and grow their own private practices. Before I was a therapist, I was a marketing and event professional. I love combining my current and past professional experiences to support other clinicians in growing their own private practices!

I genuinely want to see you, both as a professional and as a person, thrive in the work that you’re doing – and create a practice that supports your life while you’re doing the hard work of supporting others. Together we’ll discuss your goals, mindset, and action steps. I’ll provide education, support, and resources to help you reach your professional goals.

I’m here to promote excellent clinical care, an abundance mindset, strong professional identity, authenticity, autonomy, and ethical counseling and business practices. If you share those values (or are working towards them!) we will work well together.

EMDR Practice Building and Client Resources

The following resources* are from Kambria Evans at Zero Disturbance. It is impossible for me to understate how much Kambria’s guidance has changed my entire practice as an EMDR therapist and consultant. Fillable PDFs, client workbooks, scripts, marketing techniques - these resources truly have it all to support your EMDR therapy practice and are well worth the investment. Clients love the workbook and it’s been such a positive addition to EMDR sessions.

Simple Practice Referral Code

Simple Practice has been such a valuable resource for running my private practice - both as a solo practitioner and group practice owner. I’m a big fan of efficiency, so I LOVE having an all-in-one EHR. Seriously, what a huge time saver. I love how customizable everything is and I’m a big fan of the fact that it exceeds HIPAA-compliance standards. Simple Practice makes it easy to schedule, share files, do billing, securely message clients, and more - all in one place. Feedback from clients is that it’s “the easiest to use.”

If you want to give Simple Practice a try, you can use my Simple Practice referral code* for a free 30 day trial and $200 credit after you sign up for a paid account.

Gusto Referral Code

As a former group practice owner, Gusto was the absolute best for all my payroll and HR needs. Use this Gusto referral code to get a $100 gift card when you run your first payroll!

Being Seen Referral Code

There are many things to love about using the Being Seen Therapist Directory. It’s an affordable, one-time fee for a lifetime membership, and when you sign up they run a GoogleAd campaign in your city to increase your SEO visibility. Membership benefits both you AND your clients. You’ll have access to a lifetime discount on CEU courses, and your clients will have free access to self-paced online wellness courses. Everyone wins.

Psychology Today Referral Code

Let me know if you’re considering creating a therapist profile on Psychology Today. I can send you a referral code* for 6 months FREE on Psychology Today.

Eden’s Garden Essential Oils

Scent is too often an under-utilized tool in therapy. Don’t be afraid to play around with it! Scent can play a huge role in creating a welcome atmosphere and grounding a client (or yourself!). I honestly love so many things about Eden’s Garden Essential Oils. Eden’s Garden* has affordable pricing, is NOT an MLM, and has an awesome line of products that you can use in and out of therapy sessions. I’m a big fan of their peppermint and lavender roll-ons.

*Disclaimer: When you make a purchase or sign up using the above referral links, Sea Glass may receive a small commission or discounted services, at no extra cost to you. These funds help me provide education and resources to my community. These resources and referral codes are intended for use by licensed mental health professionals. We do not promote these resources to therapy clients.
