Trauma-informed training supervision + expert business consultation

CONFLUENCE is a 6-month long professional journey for Ohio LPCs that merges training supervision and business development.

CONFLUENCE is open to Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) in Ohio working in a private practice setting towards independent licensure (LPCC).
You’ll be placed in a virtual supervision cohort with other LPCs across Ohio in a similar stage of professional development and entrepreneurial experience. You’ll remain with the same group of peers throughout the duration of the program.
You’ll participate in a dynamic, 2-hour supervision group 2 times per month on Thursdays with at least 1 rotating guest consultant per month to discuss specialty topics related to clinical practice and/or business management - including finances, marketing, and legal issues.
Your cohort will receive targeted clinical support and business coaching based on the needs of the group.

25 hours of CSWMFT-approved training supervision (group format) towards your LPCC licensure

Staffing clinical cases as needed, reviewing therapeutic orientations and interventions, support for client crises, feedback from peers, other clinical support as needed
Support for developing your own clinical approach as a counselor, strengthening professional identity, and providing excellent client care
Expert business consultation, practical steps, and tools
A felt sense of community as you learn alongside like-minded clinicians
An understanding of how to make your business work for you, not the other way around

Looking to gain training supervision and support for business development

In the early stages (within 1st year) of building their own private practice OR employed at an agency with active plans to transition to solo private practice in the next 2-3 months
Into challenging traditional ideas about private practice and professional identity
Aiming to set themselves up for a fulfilling career and prevent burnout
